We need to negotiate a cable access agreement with Charter. They offered us $30,000.00 last year. We didn’t have time to deal with it then. Now they are offering $12,000.00.
They do not have an easement, though they provide service to about 100 of the 150 spaces. We’ve instructed them that, for liability reasons, they may not access the property until we agree to an access easement.
Do you negotiate these yourselves? Does anyone have an attorney that is experienced in negotiating access agreements with the cable/internet companies?
