Where do you buy your skirting

Where do you buy your skirting?

I use metal roofing/siding (white) bought at any of the building supply outlets, HD for example.
The metal holds up longer than vinyl and maintains a new appearance for years.

Blevins or Stylecrest which are mobile home supply companies. I typically will spend about $300 for a 14x66 with avg height of 35" or $330ish for 16x76.

Typical cost? What are you using for top and bottom tracks?

Blevins quoted me about double that for a skirting package

There 2 or 3 grades of skirting.

Blevins wI’ll be more expensive as they have rebate money packed into the price.

Ask for net net pricing from Stylecrest to get the prices I listed which is a medium grade I believe.

Greg,

Love your idea. Would love to see a picture if you have one.

Thank you

I use hardee board soffit from HD. In the Colorado Plains the winds can sometimes blow vinyl into the next county. The sun makes vinyl brittle, and the neighbors 12 year old can ruin a whole house side in vinyl in 15 minutes with a weed eater. Hardee costs a little more up front, but is nearly impossible to destroy. I put a hinged opening next to the water meter, and another near the back so the resident can store stuff underneath.

I would love to see a picture of this
