What's your preferred Management Software?

What is your preferred management software? I know the top three seem to be: Manage America, Rent Manager, and Buildium

Any pain points using any of these softwares?

There’s a ton of this in the forum so feel free to search around. I’m firmly in the RM camp.

AppFolio is also very good and becoming more popular with park owners. I have parks on both Rent Manager and AppFolio.
