I’d like to find out what items other owners pay for when someone brings a home into their park. I am offering up to $5500 to cover moving and set-up. Anything over that the new resident pays. I understand the tear down, moving, tie-down, skirting, and steps. However, then there are matters such as electrical connection from the pedestal to the home as well as the gas connection. Also there is the water meter and connection. Should these be the sole responsibility of the park owner or charged to the new resident if total costs exceed the $5500?
