UTILITY RECONCILLIATION AMENDMENT

Based on our experiences, the term Utility Reconciliation typically refers to adjusting the utility charges based on the actual meter reading.

For instance some municipal utility suppliers only read the municipal meters quarterly, or even annually; However the owner receives an estimated utility bill monthly based on the historical meter readings; Usually there is a catch up sometime during the year were the owner is required to pay the difference between estimated usage and the actual usage.

The Reconciliation is basically a final meter reading and an allocation of the charges between the seller and buyer.
