Well water plus City sewer

Hello all!

I am potentially going to buy a park with well water and City sewer. I have two questions:

  1. During Diligence what are the action items I need to do and things I need to keep in mind?

  2. Once I own the park, what are the on-going action items and things I need to think about?

Check with agency monitoring the water for reports needed. You have a liability as water operator if residents get sick. Suggest an outside company do periodic testing, Any issues with age of well and quantity/quality of water? If public water nearby you may be forced to hook up to it at your expense
