We have a couple of parks in Minnesota and we are going to be purchasing water meters. We have looked at 3 different brands. Badger, Accustream and Iperl. We want to read them with a remote gun that the manager will use. We were give a quote of $79 for the Accustream meter 8dig gal and $117 for the Iprel and $179 for the badger. We were told the Iprel has no moving parts and is the better of the 3, but that was the salesman talking. The remote gun was $450 and that would read any of them. I would like to get your thoughts, if you like one over the other and why.
we have the beacon system from badger. We love it, very easy to use and remote access is great. i dont think i would ever go back to a manually read system or the gun to read them.
