can you share with me Sheryl Pedroso’s contact info in the Philippines?
This set up is running pretty smoothly now and she gets the bills out quickly. The weak link is the manager. I’d like to outsource him to a VA, but have yet to figure out how.
I’d love to have your contact for VA too. I have a park which I need to sub-meter. Would be interested in that software. Or maybe purchasing info from you.
Was also wondering if you have info on best meter… remote reading… etc.

It took a bit to get matters straightened out, but everything pretty much runs like clockwork now. I tried several other commercial services and they both cost more and were a PITA to use. I set up exactly what I wanted with the VA and am happy with it.
I forget what meters I am now using, but I will find out and get back to you. I know that the new ones have no moving parts and the manager uses an infrared “gun” to read them. Very fast and easy.
