Hi MHP investor colleagues, we recently received a letter from our county regarding the “requirement water dam engineer to assess hazard classification” on the pond in one of our mobile home parks. We have never encountered something like this and in our other park in another county, we have never received this requirement. Has anybody seen this before? We spoke with the county and it seems they want the engineering assessment to be done. Is there anyone who has a recommendation of an engineer who could do this? Thank you.
