We have a value add project. 41 spaces in a decent metro: Anniston/Oxford, Alabama. 17 POH, 2 TOH, but only 2 of each are occupied. Park was rough when we took it over so we evicted all the problem tenants. But now we don’t have the bandwidth to manage the property. Needs someone to repair the POH and being the park back to life.
