Full time job collecting delinquent rents on various mobile home parks in Augusta and Aiken. Job requires a self motivated person with transport to go from home to home to collect delinquent rents. Applicant has to be strong, have a tough demeanor and a relentless style. You will have to go to the same delinquent tenants over and over and over again, day in and day out, to coax them, remind them, obtain promissary notes, remind them again, cajole them, remind them some more, and collect. The job pays $6.00 per hour, plus mileage, plus 4%commission on collected rents. There is thousands a month to collect. The more you collect, the more you make.
