I have several 2 bedroom homes for sale in my park but nothing is moving. Now I have a chance to pick up several very nice (vinyl/shingle, 90s vintage) 3 bedrooms at good prices and I have the fixed up spaces on which to put them. I’ve got the money to purchase the homes and none of them need much work. The problem is that I can’t seem to sell anything despite plenty of marketing.
What do you think? Should I buy these homes know that nothing will likely sell until spring at the earliest?
