The risk of turning renters into owners

One of my major concerns is the eviction process. I have to assume its much easier to evict a non paying renter than an owner. With a renter at least you still have the home but evicting a tenant owner a bit more trickier. What happens to the home since its not owned by the Park? What is the cost and length of time in evicting a non paying tenant that owns a home.

This is very specific to each state. And the law is not so much important as how it’s enforced. And very few have really tested enforcement of “what happens to the home when they stop paying in full every month” because usually they run off when you evict for non-payment.

It’s the same as for any other homeowner, though. Just more so.
