Texas Lender needed

Looking for a lender for a mobile home park in Texas. Metro size 100k people, good market stats. 380k purchase price, 45 lots, 20 occupied, 3 of which are occupied POH. City services.
I can see the occupancy potentially being a hurdle for financing, but everything else looks pretty lender friendly.
