i have 5 lots in my park that are under 30 foot and im not sure what to do?
Option one: Take them off my lisence so they arent taking my occupancy level down?
Option two: try to resrtucture the lots to fit 2 larger homes but that would require the new setback codes and all of that craziness?
any ideas???
