New to this website and am impressed with all the knowledge. I am debating doing the sub metering in my currently owned park of 24. It seems like every other year or so we get a teneant that has a pipe freeze over the winter (iowa) and winds up costing about $1500 in water fees. I was wondering how current owners handle a water break and how they charge back?
I was also wanting to know specifics on how others went through the sub metering process and billing back to tenants.
