add in hardware and labor, got a good 15 yr roof that all the trailer park folks recognize as a good product for under $1000 for a SW
haven’t had one installed yet, but I will soon! Many homes I buy have this - its a guarantee that the roof is OK (barring BIG tree branch punctures!)
