Hi all, I have a 15 pad/13 unit (1 RTO and 12 lot rent) park outside of Hickory, NC I’m looking to sell and thought this would be a great place to see if anyone is interested.
It’s the perfect starter park because of the predominate lot-rent and DIRECT BILLED city sewer/water. Looking at a CLEAN ~12% CAP Rate.
