I have a 79 space park in a rural area in Texas and it has not been easy filling my vacant spaces (25-26). The 46 homes I inherited are mostly older. I am really trying to upgrade the inventory. I have an opportunity to purchase a 1997 doublewide and given my situation I think it makes sense. The home is very nice, 1908 sq ft with 4 bedrooms. I can have it for assumption of payments and the cost to move and setup in my park. It’s across town so the move should be pretty standard.
I hesitate because my market is typically strong rental, not so strong when it comes to purchasers. The payments are $389 per month. I would appreciate your ideas and input. Thanks.
