Setting up LLC for a park in Ohio

Thank God it is Friday.

Hopefully this is an easy question for you. I am buying a mobile home park in Ohio and I need to have an LLC set up to hold the title. Does it matter if I set up this LLC in Nevada? Or do I need to set it up in Ohio?
