Evaluating a “Semi-Retired” Park (per Park Rules & Regs) in Missouri that is perfectly positioned to be an All-Ages Community. Anyone know the requirements in MO to legally establish a ‘Retired’ community or convert to ‘All Ages’?
It’s possible it has simply been managed that way. How would one clarify its status?

Why would you want a conversion–can help since we had senior parks in Mo.
I came across this situation once. A park I looked at was a ‘senior’ park but it was just managed that way. I believe I contacted the state’s agency that oversee’s parks. They were able to tell me that it was not a ‘legal’ senior park which would have allowed me to operate it as a family park.
