I have a mobile home that I want to offer with seller financing. It is currently in a park and they park mgt is ok with me selling with approved buyer.
does anyone have some sample forms that I could use?
Im sure ill get harped on this but one resource i have found to be pretty decent is rocketlawyer.com I make no representation on the accuracy etc but it really seems to be user friendly and has a lot of specific applications. It costs about 20 $ per form. The question becomes what forms you need to use etc , ( also compliance , rules, approving) The reality is though, that its hard for 1 person to sell one thing and do this.
