We have mobile home parks in Fayetteville, NC and San Antonio, TX, each with 20+ empty spaces that need to be filled with mobile homes.
We seek used or abandoned mobile homes to buy, rehab and move into our park. We will pay cash.
In addition, if you don’t have used mobile homes to sell:
- We will subsidize moving costs and/or provide other incentives for mobile home investors to move their homes into our park(s)
- We are open to partnering with mobile home investors looking for vacant lots into which they can move their homes
