RV’s in Mobile Home Parks in Minnesota

I worked for a company that managed several parks in western states and on occasion we would rent vacant spaces to RVer’s (theses were typically old parks with single wide homes). We never had a problem and it filled a void. The park also rented out really nice park model homes (which were perfect for those old small spaces.

Is there anyone out there in Minnesota that has done this? If so, what town? Did the government give you any grief over this? Does anyone know of any state law not allowing to live in an RV or park model in the winter?

Note: We manage a park in Montana almost to the Canadian border and as long as the client (owner of the RV) takes proper care of insulating their bellies and water and sewer lines, living in extreme cold in an RV can be done.

Would love your input!
