Does anyone know of a good resource to look up roof load requirements for a home based on location?
I’m placing an order for a home that is being shipped to Wyoming, and the sales rep told me I need a 30lb roof load. I’d like to double check this though since in my experience:
-Many of the sales reps are very nice, but many don’t seem super knowledgeable
-Sales reps are always pushing hard to sell options on homes
