I recently bought a 45 lot park 1 hour outside of Waco texas. Gravel streets and old galvanized pipes. Lots of leaks. This has city water and sewer. I have an engineer starting to work on a lay out with the city’s requirements. I am looking for a contractor that can do a small subdivision project as this. Will also need a hungry plumber if possible. Any referrals would be appreciated. Thanks.
I’d recommend you call at least 10 licensed contractors from your county, and get 5 quotes to shop this hard. Use a bulletproof contract that does not pay out until work is completed and passes city inspection:
