We are getting ready to remodel our mobile and first on the agenda is a repipe to Pex. It is a full 2 bath single wide.
Bath Room #1: tub/shower with toilet and sink
Bath Room #2: walk-in shower, garden tub, and toilet and sink.
It has a closet for washer/dryer as well and two external hose bibs, one on each side of the mobile. Kitchen with the single sink (no dishwasher). Hot water heater, located mid mobile. This maybe too much info, but I wanted to be thorough. The mobile is a step-up and the skirting is easily removed for access. We think only two access panels need to be cut …one for each shower. Overall dimensions ~14’ x 70’.
Mobile is located up North in the Flagstaff vicinity…I am looking for an average price to repipe to Pex.
