If Apple LLC owns the park and Banana LLC owns the hope:
- Would the lot rent contract be standard lot rent contract with Apple LLC?
- Would the rent credit for the home be a separate company with Banana LLC?
- Would anyone share their contracts with me (for reading/reviewing purposes only)?
Also, in this ownership, if you were to rent a home - would there need to be two separate contracts, one for Apple and one for Banana? Or could Apple be an agent for Banana and make it one contract (like a property management)?
