I am thinking about buying a park but its poorly laid out. Anyone know of a person that can help with planning and drawing up a re development?
I have a feeling your best option would be to hire a local surveying/engineering firm that has experience working with your city and town planners. Find out from the current owners who did the most recent survey and ask for a cost estimate on drawing up a new site plan for the park.

We are going through this now with our park in San Antonio. Hire an engineering firm who does land surveying and replat work.
