That’s a terrible situation in a park. That one individual can destroy your park by removing the homes, and will use this weapon to try to lower his lot rent and gain other concessions following closing. Unless you only budget for 12 occupied lots and the numbers still work, then I would not do that deal. I’ve been in that position before, and it never works out.
