Questions about the CASH program

These two questions are more directed towards Frank and his group, but I would love to also hear what others who currently use this program are experiencing.

  1. Of the parks that you guys are using this program in, are there any that aren’t receiving the buying demand that you thought they would? If yes, please explain.

  2. Are you guys willing to share a few examples of test ads that you have run for these new homes under this program?

I ran a test ad using the cash program as an example on a 4 star park I was looking at. I used pics of the actual homes from their website, including floor plans. I then used the actual down payment and lot rent for the test ad. I actually did get some calls but the price was just way too high on the park.
