I am a first-time MHP investor evaluating a park with tenant-owned homes as well as one park-owned duplex apartment. The asset is too small to necessitate a full-time property manager, and I do not have sufficient time to manage the necessary maintenance myself. I am therefore curious how others have handled similar situations to make their parks as turnkey as possible-- are there companies that offer outsourced MHP management? Is there a market for part-time property managers, and if so roughly what is typical compensation?
