I’d be interested in paying someone for an hour or two of consulting time, to look over the financial data from a park I’m interested in. If the initial feedback is positive I will need to fly out to visit the property, prefer not to do that until someone with more expertise has looked over the numbers and given me suggestions as to things to look at if I visit.
I would expect to use this person during due diligence also if it gets to that point. Any suggestions as to who both has time now and experience with many parks? The time now is critical unfortunately - I would like to visit the park next week before MHM and need the feedback soon.
