Hi folks. I’m currently looking to get started with around 50k, I can double that but it would have to be a spectacular deal. I’m considering partners as I don’t think there are many 250k deals that pencil out. Just throwing it out there.
I have experience in small property management (my own), high tech Operations Management, and could bring a lot to the table. I know that a partnership is “the only ship that won’t sail,” but I think it could improve our odds of success while equally reducing risk.
Lastly, if anyone is looking to hire a national or west coast manager for their properties, I’d be more than interested.
