I have a 100+ space park coming up, and am looking for a partner to bring Financing and experience to the table.
The deal is in it’s early stages, but I want to be prepared to close on the Park ASAP, per the seller’s request.
I’m looking for a 70/30 split partnership. I’ll bring the deal and a hard work ethic to the table. I will assist with anything pertaining to Acquisitions, Operations, or Disposition.
I could be a good fit for this, but some basic details would be helpful:
-What state is the park in?
-Occupancy and utility situation?
-70/30 for the investor or you?
-Some basic background on the source of the lead, off market deal, pocket listing, public listing, etc?
