Park Manager incentives

We own a 72 lot primarily single wide park. 23 park owned homes. (All late models) Average lot rent is $190 and average rental is $550. Highly successful park. Manager is paid $1200 month, free lot rent, $200 per home that we sell or buy, and $150 per home that he rents. And year end bonus. We are 5 lots away from being completely full. How can we continue to incentivize our manger once we’re full? Thanks Jim

Give bonuses based on % of rent collected on time.
