I am thinking of buying a mobile home park in Illinois. Does any one have a hard time with landlord and tenant laws in Illinois? Is it hard to evict a tenant in that state? Are there difficulties for a landlord there?

Be careful of Cook County, property taxes are going up there because Chicago is bankrupt.

check if you have to use an attorney for evicts, sometimes my mgr ,depending o n the judge, (coles cty) wouldnt let her handle the evictions. not a deal breaker but good to know upfront.
make sure to run your test ad to see if there is demand , esp if you have poh’s.

i do not , i would ask a property manger in the area
