Some folks say they paid off a home and want to trade it in on a bigger home in the park in Colorado. When we looked at the title it has the name of a lady ex-owner that passed away and has a $15,000 lien on it. We want to do the deal but not sure how to get clear title. Company that has the lien on the front of the title is no longer in business and we cannot reach them. I
