I’ve come across many small and older(1960’s) park with old sw homes. Of course obvious problems are due to small lots for sw only, too high mh density due to limited space. Some of these are in major cities or nearby. Their attributes seem to go against typical criteria. Except land play, should I simply pass on these parks…probably yes but like to get some input? Anyone own one of these parks?
