Offer letter with seller financing?

Does anyone have a good sample letter for an offer to purchase with some owner financing?

I am going to make an offer where the owner carries about 1/3 of the price via a note.

I am looking for a good letter that includes the total interest the seller would get and some of the benefits of carrying a note on the park.

Toben,
I have a basic LOI you can copy.
It is pretty generic. You can modify it to show the benefits of owner financing.

Tony has some great forms. I think he adds value.
