Hi Everyone, I’m just wondering what peoples thought are on North Platte, NE? I notice that there is a park there for sale and from what I can find out this park is in need of some serious TLC BUT in saying that there are SO many parks here.

Most places in Nebraska are good to own parks in. North Platte has remained about the size for a while now. I own a park east of there, and really like the Nebraska. I am not sure if I would buy a park that needed a lot of work there as the town is on the small side, and growth is flat. But- without seeing the park, its really hard to make that kind of call.
Hi there Jim, Thank you for your reply. I was thinking very much the same as what you have said regarding the size of the town and economic situation. It would be a hell of a long way to go just to check it out finding that there (and in this case) a huge amount of work to be done for perhaps little return? Many thanks again, Gerrard.
