Hello All,
I am new to Commercial Real Estate and MHP investing. I have access to some off-market deals in my area, but would like to have someone help mentor me to find the right deals, and which ones to stay away from. I have been looking around for quite a while and have some analysis paralysis, or ahve been beat on some deals, so I am starting to get discouraged. Long story short, I just need to bounce ideas off of someone who actually knows what they are doing. I even have access to some larger(2M+) deals if someone wants to be a partner with large amounts of equity in the company and they can help coach me on how to be successful. Any takers?
