New Homes Mixed With Old Homes?

Hey everyone, I have a 130 lot 1942 park with units that are aged between 1960-1972. The park has 26 vacant lots, so we would like to get them filled in. I’m just wondering if anyone has any experience with mixing older units and new ones… I’m just curious as to whether or not it is a good idea to offer such different products in the same community.

I mix old with new in my community however all the old homes have been updated with peeked roofs, new windows and doors, vinyl siding etc. If your community has old homes in original condition I would not bring in new homes. New home buyers will not be attracted to a community that does not have updated homes.
Community owners in my area have required that home owners update the exterior of their homes. Community owners that have not gone that route only bring in used/older homes that they can sell very inexpensively.
