Greg has a point. I try to do right by my tenants, but treating the business like a charity will lead to losing the business. I hated to remind people we would post 5 day notices this month with Christmas so close, but if I don’t pay the taxes, someone else may buy the property at the tax sale and convert the park into something else, kicking out the tenants who are current on rent.
We provide a service to our community as a for profit entity.

I am not a spammer. I am a human interested in purchasing a mobile home park with two others, and also interested in the lives of long term residents who live there. In defense of my original comment, that poster continually says he has no emotions. I was merely analyzing why. Business people analyze everything. This is a business involving people. I did not mean any harm.
