I have a really small lot in my community and I cannot imagine why anyone would put it in in the first place. The biggest home this will take, once I extend the pad, is a 14 X 52. Does anyone in NE Ohio or W PA have a small home for sale or know of one? Prefer something newer but will consider anything at this point.
