My father just turned over 5 acres (raw land) to me last week and I wanted to put a mobile home park on it. I need help identifying start up and operating costs. What are my start up cost items (i.e. water/sewer; surveying and others) and what items are included in monthly operating expenses? I just want to rent lot spaces. Thanks for your help.
