Hello, I own a couple of rental houses but looking to get into mobile home parks. I have found a small one i want to start with at 165k. It has 6 park owned homes all rented and tenants have been in for 4 years or more. I have 25k down. I can not find someone to finance the rest. Anywhere I can turn? I am in South Carolina.

Many times smaller parks are financed by the seller. How have you approached this with them?
