Most cost effective advertising?

What would be the most cost effective way to advertise a handful of empty lots in a Park across the street from Walmart and a hospital and is ALWAYS 95% occupied?? CL has had zero effect in this area, Sunday local paper’ for sale’ ads do better when it comes to for sale homes. Have an ad on MH Village yr round. Advice? Thanks.

Facebook marketplace has worked for us. Local paper, bandit signs, and flyers at the washaterias, other small businesses after that.

This is market specific, in Tennessee, 75% of our responses are from Facebook marketplace, 25% from Craigslist. Both are free. If you’re not on the former, do that ASAP and see how it goes.

The other route we will be experimenting with later this year is MH Village. It’s usually the first search result when you type in “mobile home for rent in [city]”.

Facebook is our #1, with our park sign (w/phone number) in second place, and an occasional call off our google listing a distant third. All are free.

I don’t really even use CL that much anymore. FB marketplace just gets better results. Plus you can have jerks in CL report your ads and have them removed even if you didn’t do anything wrong.
