Mobile Home Tax Auction

Hi everyone,

My question regards the procedure for going to a public tax auction and successfully purchasing a mobile home. More specifically, can there be liens against the homes from 3rd parties that I would be responsible to research and find? If so, what is the best way to do this with mobile homes since they are considered personal property? Any other information on the proper way to conduct these purchases is also more than appreciated!
