I have been offered to manage a mobile home park here in CA, now I just started my company so this will be my first client and they asked me for a proposal, is there anyone here that can send over a general proposal? Terms, agreement?
This park is 196 units with about a 100 vacant dirt lots but the owner is bringing in new homes to fill the park and is renting the homes as POH units. What would be a good starting proposal to pitch?
